Is ShieldHer AI only for women?
No. ShieldHer AI welcomes everyone, including educators, families, students, organizations and allies. The initiative centers women and girls because AI-enabled harm and workforce disruption can affect them in distinct ways.
Does AI exposure mean job loss?
No. Exposure means AI may affect tasks inside a role. It may automate some tasks, complement others or change how work is organized. ShieldHer AI focuses on training and confidence so women can shape the transition.
Can AI-detection tools prove an image is fake?
No single detector should be treated as final proof. Verification should combine source checks, context, reverse-image search, platform information, expert review where needed and careful documentation.
What should I do if someone creates a deepfake of me?
Preserve evidence, avoid resharing harmful material, report through the platform and use Canadian support pathways. If there is immediate danger, call 911. If youth or sexual exploitation are involved, use specialized resources such as NeedHelpNow.ca or Cybertip.ca.
Does ShieldHer AI provide legal advice?
No. ShieldHer AI provides educational information and resource navigation. It does not provide legal, medical, counselling, emergency or law-enforcement advice.
Can schools or organizations request workshops?
Yes. Schools, student groups, community organizations and workplaces can request adapted workshops through the Workshops and Programs page or the contact form.
